What being the BEST means to us.
Like every business, we want the best officers and employees. At Ranger, we don't subscribe to the ideology that you hire the best of the best. Instead, we believe in teaching and training our officers the Ranger way, tailored to meet our clients' needs and expectations.
We understand that clients have varying needs. Some clients may require assertive officers with a dominating command presence and a zero-tolerance approach, while others may need approachable, customer service-oriented officers. We meticulously assess each officer's strengths, weaknesses, and personality to place them in environments where they will excel. Our dedication is to provide our clients with officers who meet your needs and efficiently resolve issues with the most favorable outcome for your business, protecting your bottom. That makes Ranger, our officers, employees, and our company far superior!
The DIFFERENCE!
All our officers are well-versed in the Texas Penal Code, Code of Criminal Procedures, and Texas Property Code. Particularly in sections related to our arrest authority such as Section 42.01 Breach of Peace, Article 18.16 Code of Criminal Procedures preventing the "act," or consequences theft, Article 14.01 Code of Criminal Procedures arrest for felonies in our presence or view, and Penal Code 30.05 Criminal Trespass; in conjunction with a sound, fundamental understanding of TAA and NAA lease agreements, and any additional rules and regulations, the client has in place.
Our custom-created lease violations provide our officers another avenue to correct problems or issues, issues that do not rise to the level of requiring police involvement. Our lease violations are the perfect intermediate step in holding residents accountable for their actions, as well as the actions of their guests. The issuing of lease violations forces them to answer for their bad discussions by making them meet with you in person.
